NOT JERKY. NEVER COOKED.
Biltong is air-dried beef — a South African tradition. Here's what makes it completely different from anything else on the snack shelf.
Thick cuts of 100% grass-fed beef are cured in apple cider vinegar with a dry spice rub and slowly air-dried at room temperature.
No heat. No dehydrator. No sugary marinade.
The result is a tender, steak-like texture and a macroprofile nothing else on the snack shelf can match.
